Document Images
Image resolution at least 300 DPI.
Black and white images will be provided unless color is detected. If color is detected, single page JPEG files will be provided.
Image emails using original page orientation, while resizing images to fit page, resizing tables to fit page, download images from internet where able, clear indentions, and show message type in header.
Image Word documents using original page orientation and showing the following: track changes, comments, field codes and hidden text.
Image Presentations to display speaker notes.
Imaging Exceptions
Our team will escalate all records which cannot be converted to a usable image format. These records include databases, spreadsheets, multi-media files, and other file types.
