Sue is a seasoned veteran in the accounting arena. She has spent over 25 years in the accounting field overall, with over a decade of experience in the paper and electronic discovery industry specifically. During her short ownership tenure, Sue has increased revenue by 14 percent through improved internal systems, increased account penetration, improved customer service, and lower prices for clients.
Sue began her career at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 1992 to 2005. She worked her way up the ladder from the mailroom to Accountant to Supervisor of Accounts Payable Department overseeing all vendors accounts. She then moved to Copy Secure as CFO in 2005 and managed all corporate finances for the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax preparation. Sue and the partners of Copy Secure grew it to a significant regional paper discovery provider, with an excellent loyal client base and 7-figure revenues until their acquisition by KLDiscovery. She oversaw all accounts receivable and accounts payable for the Copy Secure business unit.
Sue holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Delaware County Community College, Media, PA, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Cabrini College, Radnor, PA.
In her downtime, Sue does fundraising and volunteer work for Camp Achieve of the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern PA, which is near and dear to her heart.

Tom joined Everest in 2018 as CEO seeking to guide them with his perspectives on management, sales, and business development in the litigation support world. Tom brings over 30 years of litigation support experience across many facets of the legal industry.
Tom was co-owner of Copy Secure from 2001 – 2015 which established itself as a leading vendor in the Philadelphia region and grew very quickly in an incredibly competitive industry. In 2015 Copy Secure had grown so successful that they had attracted the attention of KLDiscovery which led to them being acquired in 2015. Tom stayed on as General Manager and Director of Business Development with KLDiscovery as well as heading up the paper discovery division for the entire region.
Tom is an avid golfer and enjoys being involved in several foundations including The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Camp Achieve with the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania, Legacy Youth Tennis and Education, and The Pathway School FORE! the Kids.
Dennis joined Everest in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer focusing on developing unparalleled customer service and driving growth at scale as the litigation support industry continues to evolve rapidly. Dennis spent the last two-plus decades learning the ins and outs of the legal world and his client’s needs.
Dennis began his career over 25 years ago at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen as a Paralegal and Litigation Support Analyst from 1996 through 2008. He then moved on to Reed Smith law firm in 2008 as a Senior Litigation Technology Analyst until 2021.
Dennis loves traveling to Bethany Beach, DE, with his beautiful wife Laura and his two incredible children Olivia and Cole. He also enjoys spending time with his mother in Wildwood, NJ, and fishing when he can get away. He is a passionate and die-hard Philadelphia sports fan and is unapologetic about it.
John joined Everest in 2018 as Managing Director of Sales bringing his longstanding experience within the litigation support industry to the organization. John started his career as a Paralegal at a major law firm before transitioning to litigation support services. He has years of eDiscovery experience in sales, consulting, operations, and management, working at several major companies and operationally at a large pharmaceutical company.
In his spare time, John enjoys fishing, surfing, and anything near the water.
Josh joined Everest in 2017 and was recently promoted to Associate Director, eDiscovery. He is a subject matter expert on Relativity and has worked on hundreds of cases providing consultation on eDiscovery, data processing, analytics, review workflows, production, and case strategy management. Josh’s core focus is to provide actionable insights that transform workflows, reduce risk, and generate significant cost savings for Everest’s client base.
Before joining Everest, he held roles at legal management consultancies with a focus on law department management. Josh received a B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University with a major in accounting and is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
Jesus joined Everest Discovery in 2015 as a Senior Project Manager bringing over 18 years of experience in sales and project management by building relationships based on transparency and partnership opportunities.
Before joining Everest, Jesus worked at Merrill Corporation from 1999 through 2005 with a dual role of Production Manager and Sales Consultant. He worked with the management team to establish the litigation support office in Newark, New Jersey. He received four awards within the five years there for Production Manager of the Year for creating team-oriented workflows and reducing labor costs by 14% in that timeframe. He was then offered the Operations Manager position with Document Technologies Inc. (DTI) from 2005 through 2015. His team designed and staffed the first litigation support office for DTI in New Jersey. He was the recipient of multiple awards: Operations Manager of Year, Excellence in Sales, Excellence in Teamwork, Excellence in Labor Management.
Family and sports have always been Jesus’s passion. For the last 15 years, he has coached the Girls Recreational basketball and softball teams. He has coached his oldest daughter in both sports and helped her build the work ethic needed to receive a scholarship to college. His youngest daughter played both sports and achieved multiple MVP awards and trophies. Currently, he is coaching his nephew in the Peewee baseball league as he believes family is always first and strives to provide knowledge and encouragement to those close to him.
Bill joined Everest Discovery in 2017 as an Account Manager and has over 16 years of experience in the Paper Production and eDiscovery industry. His focus is on one-on-one interaction with our clients, overseeing their needs and concerns, and maintaining their account activity.
Bill started his career as a Branch Manager with Securitas Security Services from 2003 through 2006, leading a team responsible for over 2 million dollars in annual revenue. There he received awards for “Client Retention” and “Rate Change.” Bill transitioned to Account Manager for Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick and Raspanti from 2006 through 2012, and as an Account Manager at Copy Secure in 2012, acquired by KLDiscovery in 2017.
Bill spent eight years as a member of the United States Air Force, Security Police, where he assisted in the safe removal of Ferdinand Marcos, then President of the Philippines, and deployed to the middle east for Operations Desert Shield/Storm.
He enjoys playing baseball, poker, and volunteering with veteran’s organizations throughout the country in his free time. Bill is also the author of “Nighthawk: A Young Airman’s Tour at Clark Air Base” and organizes annual reunions for the 3rd Security Police Group, Clark Air Base, Republic of the Philippines. They were instrumental in allowing him to create his book.
Tracey joined Everest in 2017 as a Production Manager and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the Paper Production and eDiscovery industry. She prides herself on client relations, quality assurance, and meeting the client’s time-sensitive deadlines.
Tracey started her career at Uniscribe in Office Services from 2001 to 2003 and then Pitney Bowes from 2003 through 2007. She then moved into a Production Management role at Copy Secure, which KLDiscovery acquired from 2007 to 2017.
She enjoys party planning, coordinating events for her children, crafting, and traveling in her spare time.
